Summary

Retail Salesperson focused on accessories who sells both in-store and through digital channels. Responsible for meeting sales goals, cultivating and growing customer relationships, and contributing to merchandising and inventory tasks. Requires flexibility in schedule and occasional cross-department support.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer accounts
• Provide exceptional service and honest, confident feedback on style and fit
• Develop product and fashion knowledge to guide customer recommendations
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, applying price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and follow-through with a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to be active for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and lifting up to 10 pounds (occasionally up to 25 pounds)
