Job Description

Summary

Full-Time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store initiatives and driving sales performance. Acts as a customer-first team member who embraces technology and company values and serves as an entry point to leadership roles.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
  • Support execution of company and store initiatives and standards
  • Participate in team training to achieve business results
  • Engage clients through outreach and creative engagement strategies
  • Champion brand values and ensure consistent customer experience
  • Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery methods
  • Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
  • Maintain sales floor and store standards and productivity

Requirements

  • Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
  • Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
  • Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate register
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
  • Flexible availability including day, evening, weekends and potential travel
  • Proven track record building positive working relationships
  • Planning and time management skills
