Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations and supports store sales goals. This entry-level retail role focuses on customer engagement, driving business through active selling and building a clientele while representing Ralph Lauren brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Utilize omnichannel tools and technology such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI and Ship to Home to support alternative purchase paths
• Support store initiatives, participate in team training and provide feedback to management on opportunities
• Maintain sales floor standards and assist with product discovery tools like QR codes and digital catalogs

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required
