Seasonal Brand Ambassador

Summary

Seasonal Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience to support store sales and brand standards. This entry-level retail role focuses on engaging customers, supporting merchandising and operations, and helping achieve sales KPIs during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a personalized shopping experience on the sales floor.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (sales per hour, data capture) and support team sales goals.
• Connect customers to loyalty programs and brand initiatives (Polo Connect).
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store presentation and visual standards.
• Support operational tasks including opening/closing, floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and back-of-house processes.
• Participate in company trainings and communicate product feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required.
