PT Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized, customer-first service to create an inspiring shopping experience and drive sales. This entry-level retail role supports the store team by engaging customers, building clientele, and executing brand standards. Ambassadors use in-store and digital tools to support alternative purchasing paths and product discovery. The role provides opportunities to develop skills toward future leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Proactively engage customers to deliver a consistent, on-brand experience.
• Support and utilize "More Ways to Shop" technologies (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) and digital discovery tools such as QR codes and digital catalogs.
• Participate in team training, provide feedback to management, and support store initiatives.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred; strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate a register and work on the sales floor, standing and walking for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and move throughout the store including stock and dressing room areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required.
