Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer-focused activities
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize More Ways to Shop tools and new technology to drive business results
- Provide consistent brand aligned customer experiences on the sales floor
- Engage in networking and clienteling to build a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in high-volume or specialty environments preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Capable of standing, walking, and operating the register for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
- Comfort using digital tools such as QR codes and digital catalogs
