Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store initiatives and driving sales. The role focuses on customer engagement, teamwork, and representing brand standards in a high-volume retail environment during a seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and achieve individual and team targets
• Provide personalized customer service and build clientele
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize digital tools and alternative purchase methods to assist customers
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Provide feedback to management on customer and category opportunities
• Represent brand values and deliver consistent in-store experience
• Operate cash register and assist with merchandising and stock tasks

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfort using store technology and alternative purchasing platforms
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
