Part-Time Brand Ambassador provides a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store initiatives and driving daily sales. This entry-level retail role focuses on customer service, teamwork, and representing brand expectations on the sales floor. The position requires flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends and may include occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through customer-focused activities
• Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Use digital tools and alternate purchasing processes to support sales
• Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours
• Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and potential overnight shifts
