Summary
Responsible for achieving sales targets for assigned brands through development of client relationships and promotion of the brand portfolio while delivering excellent consumer experiences. Role involves frequent travel, relationship building with retail partners, in-store training, and reporting to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales targets for assigned brands
- Develop new and maintain existing partnerships with customer accounts
- Provide brand education through regular account visits and present new products
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly
- Conduct in-store training for customer staff to maximize sales
- Build qualitative door distribution respecting unique brand profiles
- Act as liaison with Trade Marketing to execute window campaigns and in-store visibility
- Prepare and deliver regular business updates and schedules to senior management
- Complete account surveys and sales contracts accurately
Requirements
- Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years optical sales or B2B sales experience
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple products; Excel is a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Available to travel domestically and internationally 60-80% with a flexible schedule
- Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs
