SummaryAs a Brand Image Manager - Creative Presentation, you will be responsible for developing and managing the creative process to ensure the visual aesthetic and customer experience of the Ralph Lauren brand is enhanced and elevated in the wholesale markets. You will collaborate with regional field teams to provide creative guidance and sustain brand presentation and aesthetics after each store rig and apparel styling.
Responsibilities- Manage the installation of all interior and window changeovers, including production of interior sets, on-site prop handling, prop placement, and rigging.
- Identify and develop unique design specifications by door in keeping with established seasonal themes.
- Ensure daily maintenance of store interior sets, including repositioning mannequins, re-propping, re-merchandising, and sourcing alternative products for presentations.
- Manage procurement and compilation of creative and aesthetic elements for windows, including wallpaper, paint, rugs, fabrics, lighting, and decorative prop elements.
- Research, identify, and utilize multiple vendors and resources for props and decorative elements.
- Manage and train a team of coordinators and recruit freelance staff when needed.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of locations to identify opportunities to improve and maintain the overall aesthetic and creative appearance of the site.
- Plan and prep for the next installation or floor change in keeping with a rolling creative calendar.
- Manage budgets and ensure all installations stay on budget.
- Communicate regularly with Brand Image and Retail Development partners to ensure business needs are met in a brand-appropriate manner.
- Maintain a current understanding of marketing, showrooms, delivery schedules, and installation timelines using SharePoint.
- Support manager colleagues with their business needs when time permits.
Requirements- Preferred experience in visual presentation and apparel styling in a luxury retail and wholesale environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage and engage the team.
- Ability to manage and travel to multiple store locations.
- Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working and retail store hours.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- General computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Passion and affinity for the Ralph Lauren brand.
