Summary

Provide support to front of house operations by setting and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness of service items, and assisting servers to ensure a smooth dining experience in a luxury retail restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Set tables with cutlery crockery linens and glassware to company standards
• Ensure all service items are perfectly clean
• Refill condiment holders and supplies as needed
• Assist servers in delivering orders when required
• Refill water bread and other basic items during service
• Remove dishes after courses and bring used items to cleaning station
• Change linens as required
• Support regular walk throughs and audits

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2-3 years previous experience in a similar capacity
• Ability to follow service standards and procedures
• Attention to cleanliness and detail
• Capability to assist servers and work in a team
