Seasonal Associate responsible for order fulfillment and stock movement in a luxury retail store. Role includes processing online and transfer orders, packaging and inspecting merchandise, maintaining organized stock areas, and supporting timely shipping and returns during the holiday season.
Responsibilities
- Process Customer Transfer Sale and online orders, produce pick lists and confirm shipments
- Package and inspect client orders for quality and correct labeling
- Handle customer returns by tracking and inspecting merchandise and issuing refunds
- Maintain system updates, monitor order notifications and track fulfillment rates
- Replenish Wrap and Pack supplies and manage cancellation reports
- Receive merchandise, assist with stock recovery and move fixtures as required
- Process price changes, markdowns, returns to vendor and consolidations on schedule
- Execute client transfer requests and deliver items to shipping or alterations
- Follow health and safety policies and maintain neat, safe stock areas
Requirements
- Passion for the brand and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for periods and move between store and back office areas
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, use a ladder and move display items as required
- Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends during the holiday season
- Availability for potential overnight shifts during peak sales on a volunteer basis
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures and operational standards
