Summary
We are seeking a CRM Manager to develop and execute Email and SMS strategies that drive acquisition, retention, personalization, loyalty, and long-term relationships across eCommerce, retail, and special events. This role will maintain and optimize global CRM systems, execute campaigns and automations in Klaviyo and Attentive, and deliver data-driven insights to grow customer lifetime value. The position is based in the New York headquarters and requires onsite presence five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Plan and own Email and SMS campaign calendar and workflows for eCommerce, retail and special events.
- Develop advanced marketing automation, subscriber journeys and triggered communications to increase engagement and efficiency.
- Create campaign context, concise copy briefs and collaborate with Creative to produce engaging communications.
- Execute end-to-end campaigns, flows and transactional emails in Klaviyo and Attentive.
- Build segmentation strategies to deliver relevant communications to customers and subscribers.
- Administer CRM systems ensuring data quality, proper data entry and privacy compliance.
- Collaborate with eCommerce, paid media, retail and events teams to align CRM strategies with channel goals.
- Monitor campaign and flow performance and apply insights to optimize campaigns.
- Design, test and execute subscriber growth and loyalty initiatives across digital touch points.
Requirements
- 3 years proven experience in CRM management, marketing automation, Email or SMS in a D2C omni-channel environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Experience managing digital projects and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills for briefing creative teams.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, ideally Klaviyo and Attentive.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools including GA4 and Triple Whale.
- Solid understanding of personalization and segmentation strategies.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA and CAN-SPAM Act.
