Summary
The CRM Manager will lead CRM strategy, client insights, and data-driven initiatives to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth across the Americas. This role translates client data into actionable recommendations, supports regional and global CRM priorities, and oversees the CRM Associate Manager to ensure high-quality execution.
Responsibilities
- Support and implement the Americas CRM strategy and annual roadmap, aligning regional execution with global priorities.
- Develop data-driven client strategies for acquisition, retention, reactivation, repeat purchase, and client upgrade.
- Oversee CRM reporting and analytics, monitor KPIs, and translate performance into business recommendations for leadership.
- Manage and mentor the CRM Associate Manager, ensuring accuracy and quality of recurring and ad-hoc reporting.
- Support campaign targeting, deployment, tracking, and measurement across product launches, events, and seasonal initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Retail, Client Development, VIC, Events, and HQ teams to drive CRM adoption, training, and regional rollouts.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in CRM, client development, data analytics, or related roles, preferably in luxury, fashion, or retail.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
