Senior Manager Retail Performance

Summary

The Senior Manager, Retail Performance leads retail analytics for North America directly-owned stores, reporting to the Senior Director, Retail Performance. This role delivers tools, forecasts, KPIs and analysis to Regional Vice Presidents and retail field teams and works cross-functionally with CRM, HR, Finance, Merchandising, Retail Learning and IT. The position also manages an analyst and a rotating management trainee and has high visibility across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales forecasting and target setting for all North America doors.
• Develop, streamline and maintain retail performance tools combining sales and KPIs.
• Serve as key point-person with retail leaders to review analytics and identify performance opportunities.
• Develop and manage incentive and compensation elements to drive topline results.
• Manage annual and quarterly business intelligence aspects of the business planning process and produce market and executive decks (budget planning, 3-year plans, business reviews).
• Monitor competitive and network performance and assist in organizing retail activities and seminars.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in a retail environment with a strong retail mindset.
• Proven analytical skills and fluency in retail performance metrics and analytics; experience managing large datasets.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to partner with field and corporate teams.
• Technical proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Ambitious self-starter with curiosity for new technologies and process improvements.
