Job Description

Summary

As a Care & Repair Advisor at Chanel's Yorkdale Boutique, you will be the face of the Care & Repair department, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless, luxurious after-sales experience. You will collaborate with skilled artisans and seamstresses to provide tailored solutions that reflect CHANEL’s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients into the Care & Repair space and guide them through tailored repair solutions.
  • Complete all CASS administration accurately and timely, adhering to Boutique/Department store procedures.
  • Diagnose product return reasons and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Perform express and minor technical repairs on leather goods and costume jewelry.
  • Manage spare part orders and inventory for the boutique.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Deliver training to Fashion Advisors on CASS and CHANEL & Moi philosophy.
  • Conduct regular audits and liaise with the Boutique Management team to address client concerns.
  • Develop expert standards of product knowledge and provide tailored solutions.
  • Plan daily tasks and actively participate in team meetings.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with an outgoing demeanor.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Passion for craftsmanship and luxury clientelling.
  • Understanding of luxury leather goods, costume jewelry, and RTW garments.
  • Confidence in using technology to manage workflows.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Empathy and client-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
