Cashier

As a Cashier at Hermès Miami, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to clients in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and supporting the sales team to enhance the client experience.

• Accurately record point of sales transactions, including sales, sends, and repairs.
• Assist in preparation of opening and closing procedures with management.
• Provide high levels of service, including greeting clients and assisting with wrapping and packaging.
• Process payment transactions with compliance and accuracy.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and tax refunds according to company policies.
• Reconcile daily transactions and ensure adequate cash flow in counters.
• Input transaction and client information accurately into the system.
• Prepare daily cashier reports and answer phones with friendly customer service.
• Support general store operations and promote teamwork.

• 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of operating cash registers.
• Detail-oriented with good numerical sense and integrity in payment handling.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and composure.
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
