Cashier - Oakridge Park

Summary

Provide cashier and administrative support for the boutique, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of presentation and teamwork. Perform front-of-house and heart-of-house tasks to support daily operations and client interactions. Maintain confidentiality and liaise effectively with colleagues and Head Office as required.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions at cash stations accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and maintain Cash and Wrap stations, ensuring they are stocked as needed
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels
• Document client messages and deliver them to Fashion Advisors promptly
• Answer phone enquiries, build client relationships, and respond to internal and external requests
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, boutique management, and Head Office

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service experience; retail operations or phone customer service is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, strong organization and follow-up skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to business demands, including weekends
• Fluent in English; French or additional languages are a plus
