Client Advisor - Madison Ave

As a Client Advisor at Panerai Madison Ave, you will play a key role in achieving personal and boutique sales targets, developing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will act as an ambassador for Panerai, both in the boutique and at off-site events, ensuring high operational and service standards.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs.
• Support the boutique in achieving overall sales goals.
• Welcome and assist customers, managing all steps of the sale process.
• Identify high-potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-up.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Panerai products and brand history.
• Participate in brand training sessions and self-learning.
• Manage daily boutique operations, including opening/closing and inventory.
• Contribute to the development of the boutique's client database.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer requests efficiently.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the luxury retail industry.
• Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Result-oriented with strong selling skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
