Client Advisor - 5th Ave

Summary

Acts as a performance-driven salesperson on the boutique sales floor, consistently achieving sales targets while delivering memorable client experiences and building long-term relationships. Supports boutique operations and collaborates with team members, applying omnichannel clienteling and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs through proactive client discovery, product presentation, upselling, and closing.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through outreach, appointments, and qualified clienteling activities.
• Promote brand DNA and product storytelling in person and at events to grow business.
• Support daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, security, opening and closing procedures.
• Use retail tools (CEGID, Salesforce) and perform visual merchandising and window animation.
• Coordinate aftersales processes and ensure compliance with internal control and retail procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and related technologies.
• Fluent in English plus the local language; additional languages a plus.
• Proven selling skills and understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
• Familiarity with digital retail tools and front/back office systems.
• Client-centric, energetic, adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
