Client Advisor - American Dream

As a Client Advisor at our American Dream Boutique, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and representing the Dolce & Gabbana brand. You will utilize your established client portfolio and luxury retail experience to exceed client expectations and achieve sales targets.

• Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every client is treated according to Dolce & Gabbana standards.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team in the sales process.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model by prioritizing client interests and achieving sales targets.
• Proactively use clientele tools to achieve individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients using CRM tools and maintain productive long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in women's and men's ready-to-wear (RTW).
