Client Advisor - Aventura

As a Client Advisor at IWC Schaffhausen in Aventura, FL, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving personal sales targets. You will act as an ambassador of IWC, ensuring client satisfaction and representing the brand both inside and outside the boutique.

• Provide personalized customer experience and host clients and stakeholders.
• Sell watches, accessories, and services, exceeding turnover targets set by the Boutique Manager.
• Create sales opportunities inside and outside the boutique to recruit prospects and clients.
• Establish and maintain strong personal relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Manage client database and clienteling activities, focusing on CRM.
• Handle customer service requests and processes.
• Maintain knowledge of IWC’s history, products, and partnerships.
• Deliver outstanding client service to differentiate from competitors.
• Organize and execute operational tasks with attention to detail.
• Maintain boutique according to global IWC visual merchandising standards.
• Support the boutique team and participate in boutique administration.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales or hospitality.
• Fluent in English and comfortable with video chat software.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Result-oriented, driven, and able to work independently.
• High emotional intelligence and understanding of luxury experience.
• Creative, curious, and versatile with good interpersonal skills.
