Client Advisor - Bergdorf Goodman

As a Client Advisor at Bergdorf Goodman, you will serve as a key representative of Berluti, engaging clients with enthusiasm and passion. You will maximize sales opportunities while maintaining Berluti standards in a department store environment, collaborating with both the Wholesale and Supply Chain teams in Paris and the Bergdorf Goodman retail staff.

• Act as a brand ambassador, managing operations related to sales, clients, stock, and visual merchandising.
• Demonstrate sales leadership and engage with the Bergdorf Goodman team.
• Partner with the sales team on outreach strategies for new merchandise.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store condition daily.
• Welcome visitors and transform them into customers, delivering Berluti’s culture and high-level service.
• Build and maintain clientele, increasing turnover to meet objectives.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and cultivate client relationships.
• Participate in inventory counts and manage stock operations.
• Train sales staff on collections and new product deliveries.

• 3+ years of experience in luxury retail.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Agile talent with a positive mindset and excellent cross-selling skills.
• Action-oriented and demonstrate teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.
• Proficient IT skills.
