Job Description

Summary

Serve as the primary point of contact delivering an exceptional luxury client experience at the Beverly Center boutique. Engage clients to understand needs, provide personalized styling advice, support daily store operations, and contribute to sales performance while representing the brand heritage.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized styling and clienteling to achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Use CRM tools to source new clients and maintain client records
  • Provide excellent customer service aligned with brand standards
  • Support merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor
  • Participate in client outreach and sales ceremonies on the shop floor
  • Mentor team members and support smooth running of sales activities
  • Monitor and update client information to build long-term relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
  • Experience with women's and men's ready-to-wear
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and use CRM systems
  • Strong client relationship building and sourcing skills
