Summary

The Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service on the retail floor, assisting customers with product selection and purchases. This role supports store sales goals through product knowledge, visual presentation, and relationship building. The position is in-store and reports to store management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and styling guidance.
• Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and follow-up.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is well presented.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle returns according to policy.
• Support inventory replenishment, stocking, and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and performing light lifting.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.
