Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and commission targets through active selling and client engagement.
• Maintain visual merchandising, merchandise presentation, and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
• Operate the POS to process sales, exchanges, and returns accurately and professionally.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, clienteling, and appointments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or commission sales experience preferred, ideally in women's footwear or fashion.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong sales orientation.
• Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Professional presentation and awareness of current women's footwear trends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
