The Client Advisor acts as a brand ambassador responsible for achieving sales objectives by deepening client connections and providing best in class service, elevated experiences, and strong client relationships both in store and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Deliver personalized client centric experiences using storytelling and product knowledge
- Drive individual and team sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales and recruit clients for selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate POS transactions and client information
- Participate in store operations including stock maintenance and inventories
- Contribute to visual merchandising following brand standards
- Adhere to grooming guidelines and loss prevention policies
- Collaborate with team members and support a one client perspective across transactions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of luxury fashion sales experience with proven sales track record
- Strong commercial awareness and client focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse clients
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic retail environment
- Up to date knowledge of fashion trends and product assortment
- Capacity to learn through trainings and apply product knowledge
