Responsibilities
- Create and maintain strong long term client relationships through proactive engagement and personalized service
- Deliver the full client journey including preparation, welcome, presentation, closing and follow up
- Utilize CRM and clienteling tools to reach CRM targets and execute personalized outreach campaigns
- Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences, organizing merchandise, and creating a welcoming environment
- Stay informed on new arrivals and seasonal trends to curate looks and offer styling across categories
- Assist with sales and after sales activities including returns, repairs and customer inquiries
- Ensure product maintenance, replenish floor stock and know warehouse inventory to maximize sales
- Collaborate with visual team and store management to uphold presentation standards
- Support store operations including POS transactions and shipping or receiving when needed
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with relevant clientele focus
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting KPIs
- Strong client relationship building and communication skills
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and MS Office programs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Action oriented with a drive for results and problem solving skills
- Team player with attention to service and presentation
- Foreign language skills are a plus
