Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products
• Engage customers to understand needs and build a customer following
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Use text and social media to support sales and customer outreach
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming customer environment
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
