Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences at the Citadel Outlet location. Role focuses on driving individual and store sales through clienteling, product knowledge, styling expertise, and maintaining store operations and presentation. Position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and familiarity with POS and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an inviting guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
• Build sales through styling expertise and seasonal product knowledge
• Execute the client journey to drive repeat business
• Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom operations
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Adhere to company policies and operational procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for brand and product knowledge
• Ability to operate POS and use Microsoft Office suite
• Creative and innovative mindset with openness to feedback
• Willingness to work flexible retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
