Summary
As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Associate consistently achieves and exceeds sales targets while delivering a distinctive client experience at all touch points. The role involves proactive client development, support of after sales when needed, and active participation in daily boutique operations and events.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Greet and acknowledge customers and provide exceptional customer service before during and after sales
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and accurately capture client data for follow up
- Support after sales clients and escalate issues to management as needed
- Assist with daily boutique set up breakdown merchandising and maintenance of displays and back stock
- Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare for audits
- Support in store and offsite events and networking as planned with management
- Comply with security and operational policies and communicate maintenance issues
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
- Availability to work Saturdays Sundays and one weekday consistently including retail hours and travel for trainings and events
- College degree preferred
- Proficiency with computers internet and MS Office SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service focus
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Additional language skills and general knowledge of timepiece movements preferred
