Summary
Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service, meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, appointments and consignments while maintaining product knowledge and store standards. Reports to the Store Manager and supports store operations including opening and closing tasks and visual merchandising. The role requires developing and nurturing client relationships and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize selling techniques including cross-selling multiple selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Develop new clients and maintain and update client profile records
- Maintain high level of product knowledge through available training resources
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts and light cleaning duties
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation signage and lighting
- Support in-store events and relevant brand initiatives
- Adhere to company policies procedures and maintain a respectful work environment
- Be available for required shifts including closings weekends inventory and holiday season
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished well groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following
- Available to work closing shifts three times per week and required weekend schedule
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to climb a ladder and regularly lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs
- Team oriented with strong work ethic and leadership qualities
