Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow a following
• Build lasting customer relationships and open new rewards program accounts
• Provide product and styling guidance with honest confident feedback
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and assist with remerchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet business needs
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments when required
