Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge following the Gucci selling ceremony
- Drive individual KPI goals and capture meaningful customer data in CRM
- Maintain an active, accurate, neat, and organized client book and follow up on client requests
- Advise clients on trends and developments in the luxury market
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent client experience
- Maintain store security standards and ensure safety of customers and merchandise
- Contribute to visual display upkeep and maintain organized stock and understock areas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales or similar customer service experience
- Proven ability to drive sales results and build customer relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and multitasking ability
- Strong organization, follow-up skills, and attention to detail
- Team-focused with ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast moving, dynamic environment and adapt to customers
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
