Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, styling expertise, and digital engagement. The role services clients in-store and remotely using digital tools and reports to the Sales Manager. Position is onsite at the Boca Raton location and focuses on achieving personal sales and client conversion goals.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and outreach
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales
• Utilize digital store technology and selling tools to engage clients
• Selling to clients both in-person and remotely using omni-channel inventory
• Achieve individual sales, conversion, and wardrobing targets
• Strategize and manage personal business to increase productivity
• Use social media and digital tools to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience using technology and digital tools to sell to clients
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
