Summary
Join the store team as a Client Advisor reporting to the Store Manager, delivering exceptional luxury retail service, developing client relationships, and driving sales through appointments, outreach, and in-store engagements. The role requires strong product knowledge, sales skills, and commitment to store standards and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI’s through client outreach and appointments
- Use brand selling techniques including cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to maximize transactions
- Develop and maintain client profiles and nurture strong client relationships
- Support store opening and closing procedures such as cycle counts and light cleaning duties
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting
- Stay current on product knowledge and collections through available training
- Assist with in-store events and communicate new collection deliveries to clients
- Comply with company policies and contribute to a respectful work environment
- Be available for required shift patterns including closings, weekends, inventory, and holiday season
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI’s
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished and well-groomed professional appearance
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following
- Capable of being mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Availability to work closing shifts at least three times per week and specified weekend schedule
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
