Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor in Palm Desert is responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service by developing client relationships, meeting sales goals, and maintaining product knowledge and store standards. The role reports to the Store Manager and supports the sales floor through client outreach, appointments, and in-store events.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, appointments, and consignments.
• Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and update client profile records regularly.
• Maintain high product knowledge through trainings and support merchandise presentation and visual standards.
• Assist with basic opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and light store maintenance as requested.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and build a loyal client following.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
• Availability for closing shifts (minimum 3 per week), at least 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory, and holiday season.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor, climb a ladder, and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly.
