Join the store team as a Client Advisor responsible for delivering luxury client service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining product and visual standards. The role focuses on client outreach, appointment selling, and supporting store operations under the direction of the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize client journey and selling techniques including cross selling and upselling
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and promote new collections and events
- Maintain and update client profile records and nurture client relationships
- Support store opening and closing procedures and assist with inventory tasks
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation and signage
- Continuously seek product knowledge through training resources
- Maintain a polished professional appearance and courteous client service
- Work scheduled shifts including evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, annual inventory and holiday season
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in luxury
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team oriented with a strong work ethic and energy
- Available to work closing shifts at least 3 times per week and required weekend schedule
- Capacity to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
- Experience with maintaining client relationships and building a loyal following
