Summary

Provide a personalized luxury shopping experience as the primary point of contact for clients at the Cabazon outlet. Deliver expert product knowledge and styling guidance while driving sales, building client relationships, and maintaining the brand’s visual and service standards. Support store operations including merchandising, inventory, and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice tailored to client needs.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets.
• Build and maintain a client book and engage clients through follow-ups and event invitations.
• Ensure store presentation and merchandising align with brand guidelines.
• Process transactions, operate the POS, manage inventory, and support stock replenishment.
• Support back-office tasks and participate in visual merchandising activities.

Requirements
