Client Advisor - Cabazon Outlet

Summary

Part-time Client Advisor role at the Cabazon outlet focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales performance. Acts as a brand ambassador by welcoming clients, discovering needs, and cultivating long-term relationships while supporting store operations, visual merchandising, and training efforts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of client service and represent the brand’s client experience standards.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through proactive outreach and engagement.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key KPIs (ADT, UPT, data capture, repurchase rate).
• Support visual merchandising, inventory preparation, and store operations activities.
• Manage customer follow-ups for charge sends, repairs, and holds and collaborate with store leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury; hospitality or client-facing experience acceptable.
• Client-centric, team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and dependability; punctuality and flexibility required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese) preferred.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
