Interior Design Consultant

Summary

The Interior Design Consultant provides a luxury client experience within the RH Gallery by assessing walk-in clientele, offering product expertise, and partnering with RH Interior Design to meet client needs. The role owns all phases of the client relationship from initial contact through product delivery, with a focus on building and maintaining a strong client base. Consultants represent the RH lifestyle through professional presentation and elevated service.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for clientele through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery and represent the RH brand professionally

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Art, Architecture, or Interior Design background and relevant experience preferred
• People- and relationship-driven, highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs., maneuver around the gallery, and perform prolonged standing and physical activities; licensed to drive and ability to travel preferred
