Summary

Provide exceptional client service and represent the brand by delivering elevated in-store experiences. Drive sales through building and maintaining client relationships, capturing client data, and converting appointments into purchases. Use personalized styling and hospitality to create memorable moments that grow repeat business and meet commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client experiences and embody the brand in every interaction.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, capture client data, and convert appointments into sales.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Drive repeat and outreach business through clienteling and personalized styling.
• Use POS and client tracking systems to process transactions and manage client information.
• Execute in-store hospitality and NPS-driven best practices to elevate the client experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or hospitality with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and email.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
