Client Advisor - Cabazon

Summary

The Client Advisor at the Cabazon store is responsible for driving sales and building lasting client relationships by representing CELINE’s luxury collections with authentic, personalized service. The role focuses on meeting individual and store sales targets while maintaining the store image and supporting operational needs. The advisor will actively grow and manage a client book and ensure high levels of follow-up and client care.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and average transaction value
• Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and follow up on shipping, alterations, and client issues
• Assist with housekeeping, store image, shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
• Service-oriented, customer-focused with a passion for luxury product and design
• Tech savvy with the ability to use retail systems and tools
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
