Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated customer experience during and after sale service to drive results
• Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships and act as a brand ambassador
• Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understand product terminology
• Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times
• Fulfill key-holder duties including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clientele
• Self-starter with the ability to drive results and meet sales goals
• Customer service focused with strong sales skills and community engagement
• Technologically savvy with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to multitask
