Client Advisor

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service and achieving individual and store sales targets. The role focuses on building and maintaining a client book, promoting store events, and ensuring high levels of customer follow-up for orders, alterations, and shipping. The position also supports store operations and helps maintain the store image.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and follow up on client issues (shipping, alterations)
• Assist with housekeeping, store presentation, shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
• Service-oriented with passion for luxury product and strong communication skills
• Tech savvy with ability to use software and tools
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign languages a plus
