Summary

Provide high-quality client service on the sales floor and virtually while representing the brand as a knowledgeable ambassador. Perform key-holder duties including opening and closing, cash handling, and end-of-day procedures while supporting inventory, shipping/receiving, and visual merchandising to achieve store sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in-store and virtually to drive sales and build long-term relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and personalized service.
• Perform key-holder responsibilities such as store opening/closing, cash handling, and register operation.
• Manage client book, assist with selections and try-on, and support after-sales service including shipping merchandise out of town.
• Support inventory tasks, back-of-house duties, shipping/receiving, merchandising, and maintain visual standards.
• Adhere to uniform, grooming, attendance, and end-of-day procedures and assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale/register systems and basic inventory procedures.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Ability to perform back-of-house duties, including shipping/receiving and inventory tasks, and maintain store presentation standards.
• Availability to work retail hours and fulfill key-holder scheduling responsibilities.
