Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional sales and customer service in a luxury retail environment, building and maintaining lasting client relationships through creative selling and post-sale follow up. This role focuses on achieving and exceeding sales goals while supporting the visual presentation and operational needs of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales service and personalized client experiences on the selling floor.
• Initiate and build a client book through creative selling, mailings, and post-sale follow up.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans and strategies.
• Assist with visual merchandising and general maintenance of the selling floor.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on product fit and customization when appropriate.
• Support inventory maintenance in the stockroom and on the selling floor.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to prioritize customer needs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy, sales-focused personality.
• Computer skills including retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email; strong desire for fashion and results-driven mindset.
