Service Associate - North Michigan

Summary

The Service Associate provides outstanding customer service on the sales floor of the North Michigan store, assisting guests with product selection and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This role supports daily sales operations, maintains merchandise presentation, and collaborates with the team to meet service standards. The position requires a friendly, customer-focused approach and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and offer product recommendations.
• Process sales, exchanges, and returns using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain floor presentation, restock merchandise, and assist with visual merchandising.
• Support fitting rooms and manage inventory replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales and customer service goals.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
