Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals through client engagement and product knowledge
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist management with daily store operations
• Maintain organized stockroom and support inventory control and loss prevention efforts
• Ensure cash register and safe accuracy and timely bank deposits
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintain high standards of store presentation and upkeep

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales results and meet targets
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial awareness and passion for the fashion industry
