Fashion Advisor

Summary

As a Fashion Advisor you will deliver exceptional client service and drive sales by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients. You will collaborate with the boutique sales team and support the boutique leadership to create energy and desire around CHANEL products. This role requires full-time, in-store presence and a passion for luxury fashion.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach
• Support sales goals by inspiring desire around product and brand
• Accept repairs and coordinate follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays
• Full-time in-store front-of-house presence required
